Winter Draws Near

'Naked Monopoly!'  My flatmate has been getting alarmingly erratic since her divorce. 

Mother shifted suddenly on the sofa, looking at me eyes wide, 'Ah, well... Your dad will be arriving shortly...' 

By the time I'd gone and fetched her coat back, Mother was down to her Winter drawers.
