Statement: Of Sin and Medicine

        Leader Pelosi is right to characterize the AHCA as 'a moral monstrosity.' What's going on is that the afflicted and the impoverished are being ostracized from our national community, and medicine would revert to being the sole property of the moneyed classes. 

 
         By destroying 'essential benefits' and thus segregating the sick from the well... medicine becomes not a compassionate science but another cold business service. 
 
      In plain truth, so much of the poverty and affliction is in the red states where aid recipients vote Republican... we the working class need to wake up for our very lives and liberties, for the sacred flame of American democracy... 
 
     This last election will have horrible consequences indeed but the people shall awaken, and shall not allow our capital to be held long by special and foreign interests and those whose only true reverence is to the root of all evil
