Eagle Beagle

There once was a beagle
who flew like an eagle
by flapping his floppy long ears.

 

He'd swoop down like a bat
and would bark so loud that
all of the alleycats would get scared.

 

Like a sheepdog with sheep,
round the clouds he would leap
and keep all of them in tight formation.

 

But when a dog food tin,
he would hear opening,
like a rocket, back home, he'd come racing.
