App Idea - Account Alert

Account Alert would be a mobile phone app that notifies you, by flashing and making a noise, every time a transaction or withdrawal is being made with the money in your bank account.
And, if you're not the one making the transaction or withdrawal, then you know someone is stealing from you.
The app would also ask you to authorise the transaction or withdrawal and if you don't authorise it then the transaction or withdrawal would be stopped thus preventing any criminal who has stolen your details from stealing your money.
