A few days now into lockdown and it's only nearly done ‘

Going shopping in the supermarket isn’t any fun.

I stood a mile social distancing for the checkout there

no one’s getting close to me , no ones going anywhere .

Is everyone panic buying or maybe it just me ,

I'm thinking , what the hell is wrong with our community ,

then dash off to grab something I forgot in aisle 3..

Then I returned with both arms full to my shopping trolley

As I'm standing in the queue again I thought to myself

Don't forget the beans Mum , so I grabbed some from off the shelf

and returned to the queue that wasn't going anywhere .

What's wrong with all these people who just look at me and stare .

Then they call security ,there's a fist fight in the store ,

the truth is going shopping is just no fun anymore .
