you know what they say
age ain't nothing but a number
i don't run the race with the new cars
give me an old one
life has so many roads to it
it goes speeding along
but its good to slow down sometimes
who said you can't do that
we all got one life
music will get into your soul
don't sit there
wishing away
before you know it life will be gone
keep on going moving
laughing and crying
being silly
have a smile
and a joke
now and again
it doesn't cost nothing
it's free
yes we all get days
that we want to forget
but we are more in the sunshine
that we are in the dull
if i live to be 106
i hope i still moving
rocking along
so the young cars stop at the
lights when they turn red
but remember to have fun
without hurting anyone
there will be bumps along
those roads
life is a path
that we all go along
you won't be the first
and you won't be the last
to feel like that
just remember
to move along
yeah move along

Nice analogies and an
Nice analogies and an optomistic poem. You're right, life keeps moving and so should we and along the road, we should take time to enjoy the scenery.
I did notice a typo; did you mean to say: 'ain't' nothing but a number? Otherwise all was perfect.
