Juke Box Jive

Do the bop-shoo-waddy,
and the doo-wop too:
do the voh-dee-oh-doh
and the boogaloo.
Dance to the rhythm,
dance to the beat:
dance like the devil
put the music in your feet.
Dance with a woman,
dance with a man:
do the juke box jive,
while you still can.
If you'd like to hear it, it's here.

I can really do it, I can really move...
Yes! All lovers make
Make the same mistakes
As me and you
Bob Dylan, eat your heart out!

Blood on the Tracks
Bob Dylan has highs and a few lows for me but Blood on the Tracks is the ultimate high and on which Lily, Rosemary and the Jack of Hearts really stands out. It's one of those got-to-listen-twice songs.
Long time ago when I was an ABC new kid, I wrote a poem about our cats that I like to think fits well with that tune. It's called Priyatelka, Turlough and the House of Cats. I can't read it without singing it.
As long as your dog's a Dylan fan it doesn't matter if people were staring.
