This is very moving. Though personal, I guess deliberately keeping problems vague, and so can be generic, applicable to all to some extent, you depict so clearly superficiality put forward for friends and others to view, and the desperation of realising that only God can help. I liked the 'Sing Dance Undignified Unashamed' when free of that slavery, and knowing God's fellowship and friendship. His word in the Bible is all illuminating light, and fresh air too isn't it? Rhiannon

Thanks so much Rhiannon! Yes, I was (still am) torn between keeping this free of undesired judgement, or using the title maybe to define my addiction. I was trying to express my emotional journey and not physical, but I'm not sure if I should include extra clarification...
