Silence in my heart

Where I was filled with
laughter and childish chatter -
a joyful noise.
Gentle chimes of love,
the background for melodies
and the rythms of day -
silenced.
Dull quiet - to highlight
the sounds of passing cars
and the splattering rain.
I miss the music.

If it is how you are feeling now, I would say, Seek out that music of heart again! Personally, of course, I would pray, and read God's love letter (the Bible) to me when feeling like that.
Maybe taking an interest in some who are friendless around you might bring that musical laughter again?? Rhiannon
