A mist of Hyacinths pool,
at the sun lit bases of
the ever more consuming
hardy forest trees.
puddles of water,
glistening murcury,
reflect it unruffeld surroundings,
faithfully,
until disturbed by the frenzy of paws,
and the curious snout of mans best freind.
A Vocal Cuckoo couple perch,
out of sight,
the males infamous call reverbarates
for miles around,
his mate responds,
with her feminine,rich,
bubbling chuckle.
natural romance between natures villains.
Then comes the humans contribution.
scars to the landscape,
giant conifers maimed and abandoned,
a soilder on the battlefield,
unruly stacks of hay,
to provide for another tamed beasted.
glacial steel buckets,
on poles thrust into the earth beneath,
the final seal,
a babed wire perimiter,
we can even keep nature as our prisioner.
