PHONE CUT (IP)

Oh! what a dilemma
We had gone on a big retreat
to a holy shrine

All in different cars
prayers and devotion
all kinds of emotion
for many offered there

It was pouring hard when
we left as all
got into different vehicles
I slid into
the back seat

The window was wound down low
the driver going quite fast
heard me groan and moan

"Are you ok" he said
no pains in my chest
so wound the window back up

When I got home
I phoned the priest
to ask if he knew

No!
suddenly the phone went dead
music playing "Green Sleeves"

"What child is this
who came to rest
on Mary's lap is sleeping

It was like a music box
the line came back on again
and the priest had said
the phone went dead

So what it was I will never know
but then I had a warm drink
but many prayer's answered
of course the pain did go.

new celticman Hi! Thanks comment so excited to get one on this (IP) try. My very 1st comment on this one. We all everyone went into the holy house finish prayers and thanks,vicars priests families and friends we depart out side pouring hard so into cars to get home?Whe got home phoned priest. Frightened a bit in pain.To pray no didn't know. Then call line went dead "Greensleeves" music came on. But it is a holy place.Yes used to go four years another church before this trip coach with all. And as happenings in phone going dead put it in as 2nd (IP) x cavalcaderl julie xx
