She was very annoyed, how dare he. he never even knew her, how could he make such a comment?

She was only having a quiet drink at the bar, yes, she was on her own, but that didn't mean anything, did it?

She was on her third pint, weak lager of course, couldn't afford the good stuff. But how dare he, moron. She only asked him if he would buy her a drink, what did he take her for?

She'd seen him in the pub before, with his mates, quite good looking, looked like he had a few bob, always buying the barmaids drinks, giving it the billy bullshit!

So where was the harm in asking if he would buy her a drink?

Lots of blokes bought her a drink in the pubs in town, no questions asked, none given. Sometimes she would cop off with them, back to her flat, have a good time. Sometimes they would even help out with the rent, you know, give her a few quid just to say thanks. No harm in that surely.

One of them even came round now on a regular basis, turned up all sorts of hours, they'd have a few drinks, bit of fun in bed, then he'd leave. Nice bloke always left her £40. Now that was a true gentleman.

But this wanker, calling her what he did. He was out of order.

Hello Edenfalls, Yes, how dare he? Liked this little story a lot and especially the line " giving it the billy bullshit!" A good read.

I've never heard this before it's got a lovely ring to it. There are three redundant words in my vocabulary because I never use them, the N word, The C word and the T word, even though that one is only a pregnant fish, but I just think it sounds horrible ... but...Although I never say it myself, my cousin always used to say (in a very Northern accent) daft twat and like billy bullshit, I think it had a great ring to it. I like this little insight into personality and her self delusion, good stuff.

Thank you Sooz,thanks for the read. The T word, i never use, not sure what the N word is? But the C word, yes from time to time. Billy Bullshit is quite common where I'm from, normally used if someone is being a bit "flash".
