sell far less than their
margaritas
and cold michelob.

The go home drink
is a sambuca
before the cabs
come in yellow convoys.

They call the beans
flies: put three of
them in your drink.
A waste of Coffee beans.

The beans have names
containing hope:
like health and wealth
and happiness.

So they set your
drink afire,
with a zippo,
down at Favorito’s.
