The trees are green
With leafy tops
In one short week
In wood and copse
They all have changed
In tiny hops
From sticky sticks
To lollipops

Hi Hourhouse,
I think this sums up spring so well. The past week I have noticed the garden suddenly coming to life,
with so many different shades of green.
You have written a wonderful little poem here.
Thanks for the read.
Jenny.
