The country cannot make ends meet
Yet our leaders do not seem to care.
They don't agree on anything,
except the fact the cupboard's bare.

With problems mounting every day,
our leaders do not lead the way.
Their spending habits haven't changed
the people still obliged to pay.

But when it comes to FORIEGN aid
the picture's not so rosy.
The millions given overseas
would make our lives more cosy.

So coalition do beware,
the people are not pleased.
The jobs get less and less well paid
expenses have not eased!

Election day will soon come round
so leaders do take care.
If promises are not observed
you're bound to lose your chair.
