I put a song on repeat
it not especially good
just a rythem and beat
a song changed my mind

Like the song, even if
you know it's not good
it may cheer us up for
sorrow you know should
a song changed my mind

You heard it too again
a song that reminds us
of a better time hopes
to give us strenght or
faith, a voice to sing
a song changed my mind

Like when I was so mad
after shouted me quiet
ran from my life alone
after lied in cold mud
sobbing let me hear it
over the lonely fields
a song changed my mind

May you remember a one
song you sang along to
when your heart was in
in words meant for you
you can always know it
sing it and believe it
a song changed my mind
let your song in again

very honest again, music can be so special sometimes, youve captured its importance espcially in the lines quoted by mistaken magic
