Poem called find me
I am a solitude voice in the wilderness drowned out by the sound of others thoughts of worldly things, try as I may to scream out on the winds of an endless call, to no avail I fall silent, weary and regretful of failing to be heard. Is it my mind that fails to comprehend or my heart that beats a different beat to that of an ancient call. Find me I ask of you, look for me from a fleeting glance to one side as I am hidden in the shadow of my own insecurities fuelled by a loneliness of belonging. Come here, sit for a while, together we will find me, my old friend the mirror that sits before me.

I found your poem both moving and sad. Very emotional to read.
