Aggravating the pavement
In frenzy of pace
Leach exterior eyes
From an ironclad face
Drowning, immersed
In an ocean of dread
Successfully driven
Tragically wed
Hauling briefcase, and wallet
His only desires
The festering relics
Of scathing respires
Hastening pace
He retraces each day
Ridding fragment of past
Scattering lay
Grabbing a bite at the
Cafe at three
The leather acquaintance
Reclines on his knee
Home once again
Then his day will repeat
As he slices through crowd
Desecrating the street
No clue to his mission
A reticent life
In his wallet his wealth
In his briefcase his wife
