What are you looking for?
not mountains and fallingsunsets
risingmoons, sweet bunny rabbits
and floppyears
oldlove on a postcard
fake as a polystyrene cup
give me something
gritty, dirty I can lay
these hands on
workout, decipher fathom
gluesniffingly nice
razor sharp
real as the 70's
tanktops flares toffee apples
make me smile make me laugh
put me on a mountain
behind the rising sun
we'll watch the stars
falling down with the moon
but make me smile make me laugh
give me something you, give me
something real that will last.

Hi! liked all of this.
Umm I can identify many words
of yours in this lovely poem.
Takes one back doesn't it.Do you
remember the winky dolls, and the
Ra! Ra! skirts our daughter had them then.
Great time, flower power to.
A good poem.Thanks.
"Make me smile
make me laugh".
certainly did.

'give me something gritty,
'give me something gritty, dirty I can lay these hands on' - oh yes :o)
Good stuff.
