Appreciating the humour of link between wrinkles and creases (and a clever piece of rhyming at the end), I felt a bit of poignancy, having had the experience at my mother-in-law's home recently of a dear gentleman who couldn't stop regularly and suddenly starting to take his clothes off – all, if not caught in time. So difficult for the staff to try to keep an eye, and finding a suitable 'lock' for the trousers didn't seem easy. I think maybe it was the one thing he could still do himself, but I think maybe the phase has passed, as the mind's workings continue to fade, maybe it was just a passing stage of confusion for him.
