Misanthrope

I dabbled too long in what was forbidden
Such as heaven and other drugs
Now I am stone
Withered and crumbling from constant fumbling of my own thoughts
Life- teach me how to live
A bird capable of flight
but trapped in its cage
Why?
Because of its majesty
Forced to live amongst bipedal scum
