that we were both on holiday in France when Jill Dando died.

I will show her gondolas
I will remember the birthdays of her friends
we will have snowflakes at Christmas
we will tip generously in restaurants
we will climb coconut trees
we will find out about catchment areas before we build our house.

When she looks at my photographs
she will notice things I have never seen before.
