As winter came and the snow ,

inside the heart of a  child’ there was a glow

for something you know was beginning to grow

and the face of God was smiling i

nside a child’s  heart

and in the silence the child knew

what came shinning  through ;

Gods love came shinning through right into his heart  ,

Gods love came shinning through ,  in the chill of a winters day .

While outside the snow was piled ,

inside the heart of a child

a warm love not many know

had just called in to say hello ,

with the a sparkle of a smile

and the marvel of it all ,

once in a  while in everyone

is a child  that’s running wild .

With the innocent vision;

we’re always wishing for love to come .

its like intuition  in  the heart of everyone  .

When God smiles down on us  ,

he is pleased with what he sees ,

there is something in  a child’s heart

that’s innocently  believes   .
