Don’t Hold Back

Somewhere there’s a woman screaming out to be heard ,

she’s venting out all her feelings with every word ,

if you listen you might know where she’s coming from

just show her you care and her troubles will be gone .

Somewhere there’s a good man who can’t take anymore,

he’s always done his best so many times before

bottling up his feelings as no one seems to care,

when he screams out he’s just trying to clear the air.

There’s a deep feeling in every woman and man ,

love and affection is very much in demand ,

reach out and try to share the best that you can give ,

for many it’s a lifeline in this world we live .

Don’t hold back your feelings and don’t hold back your heart ,

don’t hold back your love or it will tear you apart .

Sometimes the best thing to do is to let it out

jump up and down ,turn their heads around , scream and shout .

Don’t hold back ,never give in and never give up

Never listen to them when they tell you to stop .

Don’t hold back , speak your mind , get mad and spread the word .

Don’t hold back turn it around until you are heard .
