On the footsteps of grace walking at an easy pace

a warm wind whispers past with a soft touch to the face

ain’t it good to be alive , yeah its good to be alive.

From the mountains to the sea, a gentle peace falls down

and you feel the love that’s there in all that you have  found,

ain’t it good to be alive, yeah  its good to be alive.

If you see how I feel then you’ll know that its for real ,

Oh yes its good to be alive in moments like this

with  love there inside your heart right from the very start,

its a kiss, its a smile and its good to be alive

Avoid the trespass there in  the madness rushing past

where words are never heard and you wish that it would last

ain’t it good to be alive, yeah its good to be alive.
