Living on the edge and standing on a ledge,

there’s no one’s next to you  ,to try and help you through .

If you don’t know what to do , everything will come to you

when you least expect it to , when you’re  living on the edge .

Living on the edge and you get a text message ,

someone  says I love you and if  you know those words are true ,

it can change the world for you ,

you’re feeling something new ,

things come into view when you’re living on the edge .

Living on the edge like a thin part of a wedge

and you’re stranded in between ,

well its not what it seems ,

all the places you have been and the people you have seen ,

you know exactly what it means,  to be living on the edge   .

Living on the edge ,

hanging by a thread , and all your friends have fled

but you found love instead ,

you’re the one who stood up tall when they never heard you call

and they left you with it all ,

you were living on the edge .   .
