The Long Finger That Points

There’s an ugly finger pointing but don’t take any notice of it  ,

sooner or later the pointing finger will learn that it has to quit

For those pointing fingers there’s seven more pointing back at you,

so stop and try to be someone with a different point of view .

Stop the finger pointing, you’re making the world a darker place.

Its time to take a step back and put a smile upon your face, .

If you put away the badness, the best things will follow you.

Close your eyes and realise, its time to change the things you do.

I’m feeling disjointed by fingers pointed, everywhere I go ,

They make it harder than it has to be,  why ,  I’ll never know ,  

Defaming , shaming and blaming me, for what I didn’t do .

There is no end to the hardship, that they like to put me through  

I want to put up a sign .

No More Finger Pointing today.

We will find out who you are,  by the things that you do and say ,

So if you want to be part of a better world that is there  ,

Be kind and more considerate and show others that you care  .

 Give me strength and protection and transform me in healing light.

Stop the fingers pointing and the darkness will be out of sight .

Show me colours of life again, with the sun shining through ,     

Heal the hurt deep inside ,so I feel good about what I do ..
