Love Never Grows Old

I love you all no matter where on earth we are

You’re always here every second of every hour

And not a moment goes by when I don’t think

of you and I and the things we did when I was just a kid at play

and looking back I have to say .

 

Love never grows old and in my heart I still hold

All the stories we told and how we listened to every word

In a city that we called home

and innocence was ours to own 

and we were free to roam

and in our heart and deep  in our soul

love never grows old .

 

As far as I’ve been told it gets stronger everyday

It helps us along our way and I believe its true

Because I met someone like you

And in this world we’re passing through  

Love never grows old ,

I love you all from another time and place

In my memory I can still see your smiling face

As we played our games in the pouring rain ‘

Somethings never change for the best of friends

and we never fought and we never thought in a million years

that it could never come to an end .
