Sail Away

Sail away out there on a boat to a place

and take in the silence of a wide open space .

See the sunset resting by the face of the moon ,

escape the rat race , make it some day  soon .

Sail away out there everybody needs a break ,

capture a peaceful moment floating in  a lake ,

where the finest fish are  waiting to be caught ,

its time you went fishing , don’t give it another thought .

Sail away today , its summer time in the city and the sea

and there’s a special place that belongs to you and me ,

sail away , sail away , sail away with me

Sail away with me to our own wonderland

where we can talk about things no one can understand

except you and me because we know what it means to be in love

and living beyond our wildest dreams

Sail away across the beautiful bay into the ocean blue

me and you on a voyage

where we’ll find exactly where it is we should be ,

sail away , sail away , sail  away with me .
