Three colleens from Eire .

Three colleens so fair,

There was Moira and Mary and Isla so fair

The beauty of these colleens that was there was beyond compare .

The warmth that we felt would make your heart melt .

Like the snow and the dew on the mountain top ,

how long last the cold of a melting snowdrop , 

after time it melts .

Just open your heart  , a wee bit to start

who knows I suppose maybe friendship will start

and as friends surely know we will not drift apart ,
