If they say things that hurt you ,
here's a few things you should do
Be good even when they're bad .
Be still even though you're mad .
Be a light for them to see .
Be the best that you can be .
 
When people don't respect you  
and  show neglect to you too , 
If they're ignorant and rude ,
Just continue to be good .
Tell yourself you are the best .
God will take care of the rest .
 
Let healing flow within you .
His love will soon begin to ,
Give you strength to carry on 
Make changes for all the wrong ,
then you'll be the best there is ,
and he'll tell  you that you're his .
