their bodies are electric
when engaged in acts of love
these two halves of a soul
were born in heaven, high above
.
a deep incessant throbbing
richly rooted in desire
which sparks a roaring passion
that burns hotter than mere fire
.
they are a pair of book ends
tales of glory on their shelves
they cannot hurt the other
or they only hurt themselves
.
a love that's unconditional
a heart that finds no fault
they hold each other's hand
and over obstacles, they vault
.
events, quite inexplicable
when union doth occur
it may seem inconvenient
like a malady, sans cure
.
engaging in a lively dance
of joy and intellect
withdrawal for just a moment
then a race to reconnect
.
their ages do not matter
for this is a different realm
there is no single captain
but two mates that guide the helm
.
these partners must be patient
a relationship, unforced
their union is a given
for in heaven, it's endorsed
.
a blend of synchronicity
their destiny, ensured
no outside force may enter
to attempt, would be absurd
.
when twin flames grow in spirit
karma balanced as a whole
their power's monumental
and the cosmos, they control
