Sparkle

I feel so useless
sitting here, in a room of useful people
who sparkle and shine
talking to each other
while I sit and watch
from the corner

I feel so fat
while here I'm sat,
in the corner
of a room of size 8 confidence and sparkling teeth,
mouth closed, confidence disappearing,
fat

my 'friends' say
"I'm so fat
and then look at me
to feel better

a room of
people who make me hate myself
