“He also” to “He alone”
Stunned, the Kuru court,
shocked the nobles in its fort
the Duryodhan order
thumping as the winner
gambling against Yudhister
claiming his authority
Draupadi as his property
ordered Dusha his brother
to bring Draupadi and disrobe her
in full view of the court
and her helpless consort.
His notorious brother
to execute the order
dragged Draupadi pulling her hair
over coo rider and stair
caring a fig to her condition
that drying hairs’ indication
despite for excuse, her prayer
and appeal to save a lady’s honor
being befuddled by his urge wicked
to full court’s view to strip Draupadi naked
with monstrous abuses and laughter
reached with Draupadi on the court’s floor.
to the full view of the august elders
and all her spouse's unrivaled archers.
To one by one Draupadi prayed in turn, all present
to save her from the ignominy imminent
as a woman that to a queen had to undergo
to weaker sex of human society- a barbaric blow
as no help came forth, her arrogance sank low
still on her own power, she banked as last straw
as last resort she held her wear with teeth together
that was too meager to stand Dusha’s muscle power.
With all her arrogance of strength melting to oblivion
she surrendered to Lord and the Lord alone
to save her from the abject humiliation
cleaning her inner dirt “also” by ”alone”
Lo behold! Her dignity was saved with honor
treading over the court to come out of the blur
“Lord you also” to “Lord you alone”
from power of her teeth to hope none
Draupadi travelled miles, many a billion
and shaking off her arrogance of possession
surrendered to Him with unflinching devotion.

In the service of lord
(N . B It is from the Hindu epic Mahabharat. Draupadi could not get any help from lord till she banked on others help and power but only after total surrender to Lord she came out scratch free.)
