White ant, black ant and red ant
minute creatures with many a variant.
They make their dwelling places on their own
suiting to their taste, skill, capability as per age long tradition well-known.
White ants make anthill of superb magnitude
In comparison, the Eiffel tower, the Tajmahal and the white house look crude.
Without human intellect brilliant,
without computerized aided equipment,
without modern management technique
the edifice is built by them remain unique.
Land for their dwelling abode’s foundation
can be a sage on meditation,
can be a frame in queen Elizabeth’s palace,
or a pauper and beggar’s thatched cottage door base.
The discipline and dedication,
humility, sacrifices and concentration,
without clash of individual ambition,
all goals as only group goal in common
outweighs and out maneuvers man’s achievement
with individual greed, hatred and anger absent, a shame to the man the giant.
The management of such a gigantic structure
with engagement of work force of such a huge in number
seems to a modern manager even to expert in management
as if the manger is God Himself the omnipotent.
An abandoned anthill is left for the snake their enemy without grudge
whereas man sells their house for a fortune even to a homeless a penny he does not budge.
The demolished anthill is environmental friendly,
but the demolished edifices of man is to eco a menace deadly.
