Speaking and Listening are complimentary arts of mankind,
For pelf and prosperity of man both crafts are to be effectivly designed.
Man speaks eloquently to earn laurel and show off pride.
he in vain feels with this he can score his points in his stride.
But listening with patience definitely scores over any wisdom in speech,
Without listening to the other you may create a communicational breach.
You may feel satisfied at your vocabulary glory,
But you cannot achieve your goal and will suffer from the aftermath misery.
Listening with vocal and physical silence is a great art,
To achieve the same, one has to be patient with love in heart
In management parlance a successful manager should be a patient listener,
let us learn the art of patient hearing to manage the world and prosper.
