Unless hale and hearty I stay

and keep illness to body and mind at bay

how can I be of any help to any other creature?

Hence to Lord I have to be selfish in my prayer

seeking His grace for my good health and bare need

to stay fit to serve the creation then by good deed.

In my all deeds I take my health as prority in consideration

then I embark on my deeds to help the others in the creation.

Of course separating the need and the greed there exists a thin line.

“Not to overstep it” remains inbuilt in promises and prayers of mine.
