Use of word politics

conveys a cobweb of nasty tricks.

The underlying truth is crystal clear

from the politics and politicians today as they appear.

Their words and deeds are always deceitful and fragile

to hold on to the chair to seize any opportunity they are agile.

They ignite and split people on caste, creed and color

with sole aim to grab the power, no human ethics the bother.

After testing human flesh a tiger turns as a man eater

it frantically searches human flesh to quash its hunger

everything else tasting bitter it hysterically searches for a man

leaps on it with all its forces and ferocities when it locates one.

Similar to a man eater a politician after testing the power of a chair

tries to grab it for him and his family again and again by means of foul or fair.

After occupying the post with pomposity, deceit and falsehood

forget they the human virtues and humanitarian traits for good

Corruption, crimes, criminals and robbers surround them

multiply they their pelf and power without dirt clinging to their name

The poor, the hungry, the cloth less homeless, health less million

only decorate their speeches and used to manipulate with selfish vision.

Having the best of everything on the earth at their disposal at public cost

amidst characterless courtiers singing their glories, in opulence and luxury they are lost.

They rob the mother land, the mother earth of wealth health happiness and harmony,

snatching away food from foodless, cloth from cloth less, home from homeless to add to their treasury.

Oh God! Can you not root out the present politics and politician forever

and replace them by some virtuous clan with honesty and intellect of higher order?
