Irony

and ignominy

are the effect,

as the poor’s health is wrecked

by environmental pollution

thanks to the lust and luxury of richer section.

But the poor cannot pay a fortune

to save themselves from health bound misfortune.

Suffer they from misery and hunger

affecting each of their family member.

With no money to pay for health insurance,

with lack of money to meet medical expense

they rot, age and lose strength to struggle

to aid their tiny children and aged parents they stumble

their conditions deteriorate fast in leaps and bounds

over their hope and prayer hang dark clouds

thev posh hospital with intensive and emergency care

doctors educated with fortune, they cannot share.

No rule no tax structure as claimed to give this equality

has ever been evolved and implemented with honesty.

This dismal picture will go on

but to reach the Neptune man is spending trillion.
