With nourishing nutrients
in hygienic environments
when the food is cooked and fed
sound health is bound to be bred,
what is the need of every human being.

wonder I at cooking, the variation

regulating the heat by control of fuels fed
with minimum from the dry stock from the shed
Drying the cow dung cake
excellent fuel they make
burnt ashes make the manure
and as medicines many ailments to cure.
with love at heart for health and hygiene
that traditional age-long practices mean
never the artistry of the cook waver
love guiding artistry to cook better,
Reminisce I with heart at tears
living now on sold food with fears
then the suspended shortage of dishes
beyond reach of children and pet's wishes
pickles made from a backyard garden
pots cups glasses and plates earthen
eating on plantain leaves green
with decorated walls, kitchen kept clean
such many a wonderful scene
and everywhere inbuilt hygiene
