A little of the big personality of my first Big Boss

thanks to their contributions NALCO so far never incurred loss...

Expressing gratitude and begging apology from the Big Boss

here I paint a few from memories for readers’ criticism or kudos.

The post of GM in Bokaro and Bhilai

with guards around them, for me was too high.

Only in big functions from distance them we see.

Dreamt and desired like them one day “How can I be.”

But I was taken aback at NALCO on my first day

called to the Big Boss’ chamber five times, something to say.

A meek, mild and new private secretary was in between

to smile and greet each time when hesitantly I entered in

contrary to my conception born at Bhilai and Bokaro

Where the departmental boss makes him absolutely thorough

before taking prior permission to meet even an intermediate boss

technical Assistants, private secretaries were on the way to cross.

To shorten the length of my composition

I shun reflecting my impression and emotion

dwelling straight on a few of his deeds and his dedication

with crystal clear motto the company should profitably run.

(N . B-This part illustrates the author’s conception of a Big Boss on his first job in an Industry and a sea change he observed  in subsequent and his last job. The Big Boss is the boss under whom he started his last phase of his job)
