Unless squeezed no oil comes out of the olive,

unless pressed the sweet wine, the grapes do not give.

When crushed, the best fragrance comes out of a flower

hence let us not panicky and worry when we are under pressure,

it is His way to bring the best out of us, lying latent

take the pressure of life as His blessing and never lament.
