It is a prevailing notion

prioritizing his own self, prays a man with devotion.

Ramakrishna was a devoted Hindu saint of high caliber

day in and day out without fail he prayed the supreme Master.

Suffered he towards end from cancer

causing public to panic, ponder and wonder.

True had been his prayer to Him with unwavering attention.

Hence in everybody arose a common question

as to why did not the God cure him from the deadly disease?

but none asked as to why did from Him Ramkrishna’s devotion never cease?
