run and fly,

day in day out,

health they flout

for materialistic gain

under mental and physical strain.

To take care of body and mind

no time and energy they find.

Material success they may get

But with ill health and unhappiness they get upset.

discontency, disappointment and misery

to day are loaded in every life’s story

Energy and time men have to share

among activities, of health also to take care.

Balance of efforts, they must ensure

among health and jobs so as to exist and prosper
