snowed in, alone in a cabin,

no way out, no way to call for help,

watching the snow inch higher every second.

Losing the will to carry on, waiting for death to claim her.

A knock on the door. A powerful kick, door swings wide open.

Eyes dazed but fully aware.

A man stands over her, carries her to safety.
