One sunny day Jack's mothers orders were,
'Sell the cow at the market.'
Jack angrily stuck his tongue out at her,
The market was his target.
Jack met a very old and wise man,
Jack traded for magic beans,
He raced home and found a pan,
His mother saw the beans.
She threw them into the garden,
Angrily she sent him to bed,
He woke and found the ground had hardened,
He had a very bad head.
But still he got out of his bed,
He went outside to see,
That what had grown over his head,
'I want to go and see.'
'My life is going round the bend,
When is this streak going to end?
I will see what is at the end,
My grass is on the mend!'
'Up I go to the high sky,
Here I am, now to see,
I have a feeling I will soon die,
Now this castle must have a key?'
And the rest is all history.
In the end Jack did fine.
If you want the end to this mystery...
Go and read the rhyme.
