Why Russian Matters Require Sensitivity

          The television investigations into alleged collusion has turned into a truly reckless neo-McCarthyist witch hunt- hurting public interests. It's not that the questioning is invalid of itself, but the way it's being handled on the public air-waves is a destructive abuse of power by segments of the television media.

            Not only is it destructive toward the countless Russian Americans and Americans with ties to Russia: Not only is it setting a dangerous precedent of demonization of a minority.

            It is effecting the tenuous relationship of two adversarial nuclear powers for the purpose of sensationalism and partisan politics. I should clarify that those who are covering the matter more responsibly are not guilty of these charges- of this atrocity
