After summer's red roses
it's the grass that frost-shines bright
even into the night

Tourists walk the lit
shop-front sidewalks seeking out
sushi or whisky

Ghosts follow like wind
mending their souls, pulling off
their high-fashion hats

Cleverly done - the haiku form is not easy - and the last one is thought provoking. I'm not sure that wind follows you - surely it's in your face if it's blowing off your hat!
