I remarked how she
seemed to enjoy her
meals so fully.

She replied, "Yes, as
brief as they are."

I then remarked
how I'd like to be
able to do the same.

She replied the secret
lay in shutting off
the world completely
during that brief,
but satisfying meal.

I remarked, "Is that so?"

She replied, "Yes. As a
matter of fact, it's very
much so.

In a month we'd fallen
in love. Very much so
as a matter of fact.
