Oh my brother I miss you so
My heart was broken when you let go
But you had to in the end
You died surrounding by you son and friend

You gave so much as ask so little
You were as light as the day
And as dark as the night
But your love was as bright as the stars at night
And a life so colourful as a rainbow

You were drinking and laughing
Did you have a cue?
What was going to happen to you?
No one will ever know
You just went and close your eyes
And went into the healing light
It was so very hard
To let you go

Time goes so fast its unreal you know
I close my eyes
And it’s just like yesterday you know
Oh but its six months down the road

But sometimes at night all alone
I feel a cold touch
On my arm you know
And I know you’re near
I can you feel you near
But I know if I turn and around and try to see
I know you would not want to hurt or scare me
So you leave in case I see
Your spirit near me

And those you left
And crying still
They tears wont go
They never will
You taken big bit
Out of each of our lives

I try to remember when we were young
The puppet shows
The boats in the bath
That TV show
Holding my hand in Trafalgar square
My big brother always look after me there

And now I just move with each day
I laugh and I smile
And I play with granddaughter that you never knew
Oh how I wish she had a hug for you

You kids I try my best but I am not you
You were a legend in your own life time that true
You play hard and you travel that what you love to do
You were not perfect but you care so much inside
Still today I wish you were by my side

But all we have is a grave with you there
I keep on thinking you get up soon out of them
And say it was a joke
You were having us on
And your jump out from behind a bush
And hugs me again
All I can really say that your there in the air
I say you in the healing light of love
In spirit love

Oh how I miss my brother so dear
There are a lot of broken hearts
Around here
With out your love
Taken so young
You pack 8 life times into one

But your words so true I can hear you say
You don’t want to worried about the dead there got noting to worry about
It s the living you got to worried about

So that what I do

But I know one day when my life is done
Your be there to take me into the healing light
Love and were party there.

I will smile and I laugh the best I can do
It won’t be easy to be with out you
